We are pleased to introduce the public consultation for just three new high-quality four bedroom family homes on the vacant land at 50-54 Church Hill in Winchmore Hill. We are keen to gather the views of the local community and, wherever possible, use your opinions to help us bring forward a design-led proposal that both respects and complements its setting.

We are aware of and have analysed the previous unsuccessful application to build new homes on this site, and with an entirely new professional team of consultants and architects, we are confident we can bring forward an enhanced proposal.
